At this time, Lucky Scooter Parts LLC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and other countries including but not limited to; Australia, France, Spain, UK., and others. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We process and ship in the order which they are received in our ecommerce system. We ship 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday and strive to process and ship your order within 3 business days from it being placed. At times we will ship orders same day and at times they may take longer than 3 business days. Out of stock items will ship immediately when they are received back in stock.
Lucky Scooter Parts charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on luckyscoot.com if the shipping location is in the state of Washington.
Return Policy
All sales of custom-made items are final including but not limited to the following; bars, parts that require us to assemble them for you, and complete scooters. Only non-custom made unused items in brand new condition may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless customer service has authorized an exception. Please email info@luckyscoot.com for returns or exchanges so you can receive return authorization and shipping instructions.
