Do you supply a warranty on your products?

Limited 90 Day Warranty
-The Lucky Product warranties and obligations set forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties or obligations of Lucky, its distributors, or retailers. The Warranties and limitations extend only to the original purchaser or to the person for whom originally purchased for.

- Lucky, for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase (receipt required), will at manufacturer’s option, repair or replace at no charge any Lucky product which breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship. Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded.

- Flat spots on wheels are not covered under warranty.

How to Claim a Warranty:
 - All claims must include a picture, proof of purchase (receipt or order number), a description of what went wrong with the product and how it happened.

- NOTE: Warranties can only be handled from the origin of purchase. If purchased through a dealer, please work with that dealer to get an exchange or refund.

Limitation of Remedy
During the warranty period, Lucky will at its option either repair or replace defective Lucky products. To obtain repair or replacement, contact or stop by your local authorized dealer to receive a return authorization number.

-Some states do not allow limitations on how long a warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
