SHIPPING! Q. Do you ship worldwide? A. Yes we ship worldwide; we ship using UPS inside the US, and for International shipments we use USPS. Q. When will my parts ship? A.
For standard scooters and parts orders meaning no custom sizes, we
strive to process your order, package it up, get it labeled and into the
hands of UPS or USPS within 24 to 48 hours, sometimes it will take
longer if we are waiting on a parts shipment or if it is a custom order.
If you place an order after 2:00pm them your order will be processed
the next business day. We don't ship on weekends so if you order on
Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, we will process your order on Monday. Once it is
processed then it will be shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail which
takes approximately 3-5 days to deliver. If you expedite shipping we can not control how UPS or USPS handles your package delivery, routing, or if they delivery on Holidays. Q. How long does shipping take: A. We primarily use UPS to ship packages inside the US and USPS for packages outside the US. UPS ground takes between 3-5 anywhere in the US. International shipments take 7-10 days with USPS . In some cases we offer expedited shipping, but that does not speed up the processing time. If you order on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday we will not process until Monday. If you expedite shipping we can not control how UPS or USPS handles your package delivery, routing, or if they delivery on Holidays. UPS Map estimated delivery times ![]() Q. How will I know when my order has been processed and my parts will ship? A. When you place
your order you are notified via email that your order was received.
Then when your order is packaged and processed you will be notified via
email that your order is completed, and then you will get a final email
form UPS or USPS that they have received your order its way.
That email from UPS or USPS will have a tracking number so you can see
where the package is. You can also login to your account on our store
and check your order status.
Q. Do you supply a warranty on your products? A.
Yes, almost every part that Lucky Scooter Parts manufactures includes a
90 day limited warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect.
It does not cover abuse, bending or breaking from throwing your
scooter, or getting it run over by a car. If you have a reasonable issue
with a defect within 90 DAYS of your purchase please send us an email
at info@luckyscoot.com
with your name, order number, product name, description of the issue,
and a photo. We will determine if we have enough information to process
the warranty otherwise we might ask you to send in your bent, broken,
and/or faulty product back to us with every single part included in the
package (even if the product is broken in multiple pieces). We will
inspect the product and then send out a new one at no cost. If you have
an issue with a part that was purchased over 90 days ago we will
gladly hook you up with a discount for a new one if we deem it is a
manufacturing defect. Thank you for your understanding. - Flat spots on wheels are not covered under warranty.
Q. Threaded vs. Threadless Forks? A. Threaded
forks have been around ever since Razor started making scooters. The
downside with threaded forks is that because of the threads in the top
tube, the thickness is actually greatly reduced. Making threaded forks
much more likely to break in between where the threads are. The upside
though is that you can easily assemble and use you current Razor Pro
Model Headset and Bars. Our threaded forks though are made with a much
thicker top tube than the stock Razor Pro Model Fork which greatly
increases the strength and durability. Now you might just be thinking
why not get a threadless fork than? Well the difference is instead
of buying just a threaded fork, when you buy a threadless fork you also
have to buy a threadless headset and a compression system like ICS, SCS,
and HIC. Although it is considerably more expensive almost all riders
these days ride a threadless fork because of the option of buying a much
smoother and stronger headset and a nicer compression system vs. using
threaded compression.
Q. What are your parts made of? A. Almost all of our parts are made from 6061 Aircraft Grade Aluminum or 4130 Chromoly Steel. We use aluminum mostly because of its strength, but it also looks great and allows for flexibility in design. Q. What size wheels will fit in your forks? A. We build our forks to fit 100mm and 110mm wheels, looking at 125mm but not many people are asking for that right now.
Q. Do your forks fit on a Razor Pro Model Headtube? A. Yes, all of our forks will fit in the Razor Pro Model and Ultra Pro Model Headtube and they will fit any other standard 1 1/8" headtube as well. You need to use a bearing race with our forks, we will not guarantee the fit without the use of a bearing race.
Q. Are your bars threaded? A. No, our bars have no threads on the inside. Almost all aftermarket bars do not have threads anymore. Even the newest Razor Pro Model Bars no longer have threads on the inside. But don’t worry they will still work just fine. All you have to do is clamp the bars with a clamp and you are good to go! Q. How wide should I get my bars? A. Most riders recommend that you should use bars that are at the same width as your shoulders. This is so your arms reach straight down to help give you as much strength, support, and ease of as riding possible. the two most popular widths are 20 high x 18 wide and 22x18. |
